Our story didn’t start from a store — it started from home.As a mother and a home baker, I stepped into the world of bread with one simple wish —to bake something healthy and delicious for my family.In those early days, my kitchen was filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread —and countless lessons from failed loaves.The bread collapsed, cracked, or turned dense — but I never gave up.Every attempt was a step forward.I kept learning, practicing, and experimenting —because I wanted my loved ones to taste not just bread, but the warmth and care within every slice.What began as a family table tradition has now grown into Monday Bakery — where every loaf carries the same devotion and passion.

While some of our breads use dry yeast, natural fermentation is the soul of our craft. Each loaf is made using natural preferments, which enhance flavor, improve digestibility, and keep the bread fresher — without any additives. The result? Bread that’s richer, lighter, and more alive in taste.
